Last weekend we took the girls to a Sibling Preparation Class at St. Als. It was such a blast, and a great experience for the girls. They learned how to change diapers, swaddle a baby, and help with bathtime. It has completely changed how they play with their baby dolls at home. It is adorable to see them turning into little mommies; and I am really hoping that their enthusiasm lasts. Magdalen especially is showing a lot more interest in my growing belly, and even tried to share her glass of milk tonight with my stomach! Too sweet.
Too cute! Oh my gosh I just love them.
ReplyDeleteHey Marie!! I didn't know you had a blog, looks like you just started though. I saw you on Hil's list. So much easier to sort of "stay in touch". At least, find out what friends and family are up to! Good luck with the new baby. Boys are fun! Number three is even more fun....
ReplyDeleteI also found your blog - thanks to Hilary :) What a great idea to take them to that class! How old is Magdelyn (hope I spelled that right)? I'm afraid Grace won't have a clue what is going on when her sibling gets here!
ReplyDeleteWelcome to blogging land Marie! Glad you found us! I can't believe your new little guy will be here soon...it went so fast for me (probably not for you though!)
ReplyDeleteSorry I couldn't make it to your shower. Nate had a bike race that day. I will see you tomorrow though for some yummy cheesecake!
